We have received 1,000 feedbacks on Trip Advisor.
It's been five years since our hotel opened.
We all appreciate our customers had left so many comments to our hotel in such a short period.
We would like to do our best to progress our sevice step by step to make our cutomers happy.

The backseat role

The trees in our courtyard are getting green in recent weeks.
Their colors are deepening day by day.
It's very beautiful.

The stream in the courtyard needs to clean 3 or 4 times a month.

First, brush away the fallen leaves and mud.

After the bottom surface become clean, put stones back carefully by hand.

This ordinary work is continued all year round by our maintenace staff.
They are going to be more busy for the new season in order to attract our guests by the lovely view.

Narcissus of hope

There is a small garden on the 3rd floor of our hotel.
Last week, one narcissus has bloomed there.

That narcissus was brought from Kamaishi in Iwate prefecture where had been struck by the Great East Japan Erthquake.

It used be raised by the aunt of Mr. Sadaharu Furukawa who is the massage volunteer in Kamaishi.

His aunt had affected by the Tunami and remain missing.

That was the only thing which Mr. Furukawa could find after his house was swepted away by the Tunami.

Last November, Ms. Shirasu of RESULTS Japan gave 8 piece of the narcissus bulb to one of our sales staff and asked us to grow.

We wondered if they will grow properly after they were damaged by seawater.

But the one of them thrive and bloom at last!

We were touched by the strength and vitality.

We wish much more narcissus will bloom next year.

Spring at Hotel Niwa Tokyo Ⅱ

On last Sutarday, it's officially announced the first cherry blossoms of this year have started to bloom in Tokyo. It's 10 days earlier than usual. Now, one of the most beautiful season has begun!

The cherry trees at Ochanomizu Elementary School about 7 minutes walk from our hotel.

It's just begun blooming. The best time will be this weekend.

Here is Kanda Catholic Churh 2min. walk from our hotel.

The cherry tree which is called Shidare-zakura (Weeping cherry tree).

The buds are still small. It will bloom few weeks later.

Bigleaf periwinkles at the entrance of our hotel has also begun blooming.

TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award 2013 Ceremony

Today we attended the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award 2013 ceremony which we won TOP 25 hotel's 10th place in Japan. Thank you very much for great number of wonderful reviews from all over the world. We appreciate you taking time to write them.

This is Mr. Yamamoto, General Manager of TripAdvisor Japan and Ms. Kinoshita, our General Manager taking commemorative photo with plaque.

International Orchid Festival 2013 collaboration dessert

Grill & Bar LIEU will be serving special collaboration dessert at lunch time.

International Orchid Festival 2013 will be held at Tokyo Dome, which is about 7min. walk from Hotel Niwa Tokyo, and this is the special collaboration dessert served at lunch time and teatime at Grill & Bar LIEU.

This delicately sweetened and beautiful dessert is inspired by a dome stadium filled with colorful orchids and flowers.

The dessert will be served from Feb.1st to 28th. We're looking forward to serving you!
