LIEU's risotto at lunch time

As you know, Parmigiano-Reggiano is a Italian cheese known as the "King of the cheese".
At LIEU we use Parmigiano-Reggiano-Millesimato, a higher ranked cheese made from a milk which are 100 days from birth of calf.
Millesimato maintain a higher nutritional value, very rich but tender taste.
